Your One-Stop Inspection Shop
FAQ
We recommend you attend the inspection if at all possible. Arriving two hours after the scheduled start time gives the inspector the time to focus on the job at hand. Once you arrive, the inspector will go through the areas of concern with you and answer your questions. If you are unable to attend, payment and agreement must be received prior to the start of the inspection.
A link to your report is emailed to you no later than the next morning after the inspection. You will be able to review online and/or download it as a PDF file.
Your report is confidential. We provide it to you and your REALTOR but no one else. You are not required to give the report to the homeowner or the listing agent.
You can pay by credit card or check through the email link that is sent to you at the time of scheduling. If you attend in person, you are able to pay the inspector in cash, check or credit card. If you are unable to attend, payment must be received before you will be able to access your report.
This is our contract that must be signed prior to the home inspection. It will explain what the inspection includes and excludes. It will also explain the standard protocols that we follow. It is important that you read and understand the agreement prior to your inspection. State of Ohio home inspection licensing requires that you sign the agreement prior to the start of the inspection.
