Plan for about 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size and age of the house. A 1,500-square-foot ranch in Kettering might take closer to 2 hours. A 3,000-square-foot two-story in Centerville with a crawl space and multiple HVAC units could take the full 4 hours. We never cut corners to save time.
